TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Unbeatable 90-Day Results Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be able to create a short animated episode of at least 2 minutes, consisting of multiple scenes, within 90 days of starting the course workflow, or you may request a refund under the terms below.

This guarantee is designed for serious students who follow the system and actively participate. If you do the work as outlined and still do not complete a qualifying short animated episode, you are eligible for a refund.

Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. When the 90-Day Guarantee Begins

The 90-Day Guarantee does not begin at the time of purchase.

It begins on the date you publicly declare the start of your animation project by posting in the Work in Progress category inside the official Skool Community.

You have up to one (1) year from the date of purchase to declare your start and activate the guarantee.

2. Definition of “Doing the Work”

To qualify for the guarantee, you must demonstrate good-faith effort and completion of the required steps, including all of the following:

  • Watching 100% of the required course videos
  • Posting ongoing progress updates inside the Community under the Work in Progress category
  • Sharing animation progress, including scene exports, as MP4 files or viewable URLs
  • Actively seeking help when your progress is blocked by:
  • Posting questions in the Q&A category and tagging @Mark Diaz
  • Reaching out directly to Mark Diaz via Skool chat if issues remain unresolved
  • Following the step-by-step workflow taught in the course and posting each milestone as instructed

Failure to document progress in the community disqualifies eligibility, as effort cannot be verified.

3. Definition of a “Short Animated Episode”

For the purposes of this guarantee, a qualifying short animated episode must meet all of the following minimum criteria:

  • At least 2 minutes of animation
  • It can be multiple short episodes that together accumulate 2 minutes
  • Or it can be the first 2 minutes of a longer animated episode.
  • Composed of multiple scenes
  • May include or exclude:
  • Dialogue or narration
  • Lip sync
  • One or multiple characters
  • One or multiple backgrounds

We guarantee if you follow this system that the animation will demonstrate reasonable visual consistency, comparable to the examples provided on the course landing page and explicitly linked in these Terms & Conditions.

If a student is dissatisfied with the level of consistency achievable within the system demonstrated in those examples, this does not qualify for a refund.

In such cases, traditional manual animation workflows or professional animation services may be more appropriate.

We will provide access to courses for drawing, animating in Cartoon Animator, and Rigging Characters for Cartoon Animator.

4. Pausing the 90-Day Clock

The 90-day timeline may be paused only if you proactively contact Mark Diaz directly via Skool chat and receive acknowledgment.

Unannounced inactivity automatically disqualifies eligibility.

5. What Disqualifies a Refund

You are not eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:

  • You did not complete all required video lessons
  • You failed to post progress publicly in the Skool Community in the Work in Progress category
  • You did not ask for help when facing challenges or blocks in progress
  • You abandoned the project partway through without Pausing the 90-Day Clock
  • You skipped required steps in the workflow and this caused delays
  • You significantly modified or replaced the taught workflow
  • You ignored feedback provided by Mark Diaz or other community members through community posts, calls, or direct messages
  • You became inactive for extended periods without communication

Skipping steps is allowed only if progress remains on track.

If skipping steps causes delays, the guarantee no longer applies.

6. Refund Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days after the 90-day period ends.

Your request must include all of the following:

  • Your Skool username
  • The email used for purchase
  • Proof of purchase showing date and amount
  • Work in Progress posts inside the Skool Community
  • Proof of declared project start post
  • Any final exported animation files or drafts

We reserve the right to request additional clarification or proof to fairly evaluate refund eligibility.

7. One-Time Guarantee Limitation

This guarantee is limited to one (1) refund per customer, lifetime.

The guarantee applies only to the original course purchase.
Bonuses, add-ons, upsells, or additional products are governed by their own individual terms and guarantees, if any.

8. Fair-Use Clause

This guarantee exists to protect serious students, not to reward non-participation or bad-faith use.

If a student completes the required steps, provides verifiable proof, and the system does not work for them as taught, a refund will be issued. Abuse or attempts to bypass requirements void the guarantee.
